RIP The Laundry Game

For awhile we have been playing "The Laundry Game" every weekend before washing our clothes. It was kind of like hot potato where the laundry got down the shoot if it was "caught" in someone's hands when the tosser said "beep." Sadly, today the game died a slow painful death. RIP Laundry Game.

A card just made for knitters (Knitting Love Card) and my first ever crocheted scarf for sale! 

I so hope someone buys it so that I have a good excuse to make another one!

School Days

Today was my one day a week to take the kids to school and I got to help with PE while the 1st/2nd graders climbed the rope. And thus, today's photo... I didn't have my good camera and I forgot to take a pic of the girl on the rope, so here is just a cool image from the library/outside a classroom.

I recently read about a challenge to take one photo per day of the year to illustrate your life. Since I am trying to get back into my photography and since it seems like fun, I'm gonna do that here -- or at least try. It probably won't stop me from also adding other photos or postings as I see fit, we shall see.

I have been just horrible at updating this blog and for that I apologize. Those of you who have continued to check in to see if I've gotten off my cyber-butt, I am sorry that I had not -- until now.
